In the spirit of giving back, LottoStar’s Summer of Millions competition with Kfm 94.5 raised funds for Project Flamingo in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Project Flamingo is no stranger to The Star Foundation and for a good reason. This remarkable non-profit organization is dedicated to enhancing cancer care within the public health sector. By tackling critical delays in surgical treatment, Project Flamingo ensures that patients receive timely, life-saving care at hospitals like Groote Schuur, Tygerberg, Livingstone and Cecilia Makiwane. Their efforts enable more patients to access treatments, improving their chances of recovery.

The funds raised during the Summer of Millions competition will directly contribute to this vital cause, helping them reduce the backlog of surgeries and bringing hope to countless breast cancer patients in need.
